Toby Brewer – Singing for your Supper

Chipping Sodbury Town Hall Theatre on Friday 10th September at 7.30 pm

Mini Concerts presents Toby Brewer Singing for your Supper

Although only twenty years of age, Bristol born singer Toby has already been performing to critical acclaim for over a decade. He’s appeared on some of the country’s biggest stages, and although he is only at the very start of his professional career, Toby has already developed a loyal following of fans.

During the show Toby will be taking the audience back to the golden age of cabaret, when the true ‘Kings of Swing’ such as Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, and Dean Martin held court. As well as covering some of most iconic tunes of the 50’s and 60’s, Musical Theatre trained Toby will also be giving his take on some of the greatest show tunes ever written. Including songs from West End staples such as Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables, with a few surprises along the way!

So whether your a fan of Bublé or Boe, why not kick back and relax with your favourite drink, and let Toby take you on an awesome musical journey through song.

Supporting Toby on the night will be talented Bristol born singer and song writer Emily Bragg who will be opening the show with an eclectic mix of blues, rock, and contemporary pop classics, including a tribute to the late great Amy Winehouse. Although no stranger to the local music scene, having performed in iconic Bristolian venues such as the ‘Fleece and Firkin’ and ‘Thekla’ in the past, Emily is now making her long awaited return to live music after a break to concentrate on completing a three year degree in Musical Theatre.
