Comments: Toby arrived in good time and was very smartly dressed in a diner jacket and bow tie, which helped to ‘set-the-scene’. He was very professional, had a wonderful voice and interacted well with our residents. Toby also responded well to a resident who called-out frequently. He held her hand and invited her to sing with him. He also gave her the opportunity to sing solo. I would be very happy to welcome him to perform again.
