Comments: Mini concerts were very professional, Prompt and very friendly. We Had Jordan sing for us and the residents were over the moon with him. Even though it was socially distanced Jordan made sure everyone could hear him and made the effort to involve residents as much as possible. The residents have been singing Jordan’s praises and are looking forward to Mini Concerts coming to perform for us again in the near future.
Suggestions: I do not feel you need to improve, from start to finish it was perfect, and the staff that were on duty were very happy with how everything went.
